vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How do I stop bots from killing my vb4.. literally

Well someone keeps registering these bots that reply to threads (constantly) that literally force my site to go down.. (cpanel processes reach like 23/25 then the forum goes down)

The only way to solve the problem is to delete the user (bot) but then they just make new accounts..

Any help is appreciated ...

maybe it can be helped by changing the reply to thread time

If so how do i do this? Thanks
