Suggestion:

-If an uploader adds an updated file to an excisting download it gets on top of the list
-Mandatory release version: in addition to above for updated files would be super handy
-Option to have a mandatory form filled in before able to upload (name, version, screenshot, proper description
- Progress bar: many uploaders think that the process has stalled, maybe add a progress bar in percentage
