Mate I've solved it. I did mean to post saying so but forgot. (I'm sure I've posted it somewhere else though)

When I was testing the skins before I'd leave the forum set to the default VB skin & I'd only set the new skin on my profile.

When I set it as the forum default (I don't know why I never did it before

) It worked
