Love the front page, love the green. Its a cacky colour but it works well.

When I roll my mouse over the menu items at the top the roll over colour is too similar to the green background.

The forum doesn't match the colour scheme of the rest of the website. You should play around with the colours and see if you can incorporate the green in to the forum. You could even use the green background pattern to liven it up a bit. The light blues you have used are so light that the they almost look as white as the background colour.
