Let me be the first to second FreelanceFirst.com --- That design is absolutely phenomenal = money well-spent! Obviously it's the most unique vBulletin 4.x skin that I have seen to date! There's a few small issues that need to be tidied up though (ie the navbar links, the sponsors links, etc...)

But whoever designed that should be fantastically proud! It's definitely a showpiece. So ==> Congrats on that and good luck with the site
