DownloadsII 6.0.4 is mainly a bugfix release. It fixes unapproved files being visible for users without permissions when they know the url. Also some unphrased search text is phrased now. Finally there's now a permission check for the navbar tab, profile tab/stats and postbit stats.

Next to that fresh installs became a bit easier with default permissions.
