Would it be possible to have new replies in certain forums be entered into a custom output?

For example, to have all new replies be posted within extra HTML code?

EG:

[HTMLCODE]Content of new reply AFTER submission[/HTMLCODE]

The above example is what we would see when we view the thread that has the new reply.

Or is there a way to have text pre-determined in the new thread or new reply box customized per forum?
