yeah. seems like a lot of improvements.

Again, would really like the ability to have dual sidebars.

also, ability to prevent sidebar from being collapsed (vertically and horizantally).

For vertical collapsing of blocks, I'd like to be able to create a block and then select whether it can or can not be collapsed (so some menu's or other blocks users can close, but ad blocks, or mandatory blocks they can not).

where do we modify the block options (for usergroups and such?)
