Background:

I have a large SQL database that I want to move to another host (ie I'm renaming my site). One file (attachement) is so large (156.01MB) that I can't use the normal "Backup Wizard" or "MyPHPAdmin" because it always times out. Since my host charges to move files, and also charges for SSH, I decided to use MySqlDumper that others recommended here at the forum.

I downloaded "MySqlDumper". It seems to have worked, and it made the file "navyfami_vbul_2010_04_02_37.sql.gz". I beleive I need to ftp this file, to both my local harddrive (for a backup) and to the new host, however I can't find the file to move it. Where is it kept? Here are some screen shots of the file name and other stuff.

Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide.
