Hello all,

I tried and tried, but I cannot seem to make this work right. I guess I am overlooking something...

1. I would like to turn on IMG code in the signature for all users to use.

2. I would like to turn on the avatar option for all users. It's turned on in the CP, but the users are still not able to use the avatar option.

Your help is greatly appreciated!
