Hello vBulletin.org Users,

I have tried searching for this modification, however, I haven't found it yet.

What I am looking for is:

When a user(s) register within our community. They will get a signature with a tag and/or a message that says "You may changed your signature at anytime."

Also, if I have multiple images, I would love it to rotate every single time they refresh in their signature.

Keep in mind, that once they have change their signature. The modification will not kick in unless they have it blank as their signature. I hope someone can help me with this.
