guessing you just upgraded to vb4 from 3.x

Disable all your modifications where you also install them, via the dropdown..
now just enabled them one at a time, to see which one causes the problem.

But in general VB3 modifications will not run on a vb4 board,
unless its pure php. but as soon as it has to do with showing something
to the users or adding features it will not be compatbable.
