first of all, love the mod..but I have some annoying issues, maybe i'm missing something

first of all..the css is rather messed up, but I'll edit that manually. I can't seem the enable the sidebar (blocks) for the Download section. I have everything enabled (Show Right Column etc), but still no sidebar... weird. And the last problem, the screenshots align themselves vertically, not horizontally

edit: how do I change the position of the Downloads menu on the navbar...it's always default after Home ...and I can't find it in the navbar template
