look, if you would like to show team and league/tournament icons on your site, you should get permission from the league football/soccer association from that country or organizer of the tournament(fifa, uefa, etc..)

the law is, icons are under protection to trademark rule (please read full article on wikipedia)

do not use icons, if you are running your forum in commercial way
do not use icons, if you you serving banners on your forum/site
