Nope it seems there is some RTL issues..

One thing you need to do first is to check if it is your style that is brakeing it.

Todo this,

You go in admincp > styles and templates > style manager
Click [Add New Style].

Just name it anything you like, but dont change anything.
Then goto the same page, select the new style if the problem is gone
then your style is the problem..

If the problem is still there with the new style,
then you should post on vbulletin.com or open a support ticket.

I recomend using support, faster, easyer, and more reliable than the forum.
