i tried adding refine blue to the images folder (public html>forum>images) did not work either

I dont understand whats going on since Ive done it many times with other styles before. but all the ones ive tried lately do not show the buttons when i do it or glitch up.
i have 3.8.4 patch 2
i have tried bingo, refine blue, and others. they all do not work somehow. i think its the styles. they probably are bad. wat do u guys think
