did you look at the account in question and see what group she belongs to?

or did you try.. usergroups > user group manager > choose group to edit > user group options: this user group is not a "banned" group > set to yes..

or did you check the forum permissions? and tested dummy accounts for all the groups?

mybe you should make a dummy account with all the same duplicated options and see if you can log in.. and if you can log in then the account in question is prob corrupted in which case their wont be much you can do on the admincp..

well apart from: maintenance > update counters > fix broken user profiles.. and since you updated to a new version you should prolly rebuild search index while your in maintenance..
