I uninstalled this, tried to reinstall and get database error messages

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.3:

Invalid SQL:
ALTER TABLE user ADD receivebulletin SMALLINT (5) UNSIGNED DEFAULT '1' not null;

I don't think it uninstalled correctly, as it has gone from the plugin & Products list but its still on the ADMINCP column on the left
