A couple of things.
1. How can I make the Banner Bigger?

Increase the logo size using an image editing program
2. How Can I make the Text Box Space match the site instead of White?

You'll need to custom edit the css. Its better to keep it white personally.
3. How to Make these lines white instead of black?

Go into stylevars and changes the borders to white.

4. How to change these to images vice text?

Check under stylevars under calendar_ ...color

5. How to change the calendar days?

And do you make custom site Icons/Button Sets?
