Yes, they have all been uploaded and set with correct settings. I do not see anywhere how to modify the usergroups though and my admin account is currently getting false permissions error. I have tried editing it in the usergroups manager>usergroup>downloadsII options, but despite that I still get a permissions error and cannot access the downloads section at all.
