The options are the standard vb options found in AdminCP->Options->User Profile:Album Options

Check the product is installed properly - there should be a plugin called "Gallery Popup Menu" listed in the plug in manager, There is no change to the album - just a new menu item on the navbar (obviously, if you have a custom navbar template without the correct template hook then it won't work )
