I am having some trouble getting the member action popup to show fully on my customised Skin, I know what is causing the problem but cannot rectify it.
What is causing the problem is that there is a graphical frame around the forumdisplay, no I cannot simply remove the graphical frame as it is of course a part of the design. I have tried numerous things but nothing is working.

How do I get the popup to display fully, I would have though using overflow visible would have worked, but the more I looked into the css the more I began to see how unlikely that was to work.

Any one have any ideas please.
