To add to this, If i re-fresh this page where the message is, It takes me to the post saying i tried to double post, Diabled for now

Does this also happen if you run the Recalculate Achievements function in the AdminCP (vBActivity -> Maintenance)?
If so, here's what you need to do:

1. Go into your Manage Achievements section, set every Achievement to have display order 0.
2. Manually set display order = 1 for one Achievement
3. Try Recalculate Achievements again. If the error doesn't appear, repeat step 2 until it does.
4. Tell me when you reach the Achievement that has the error, and I will fix it
