I have found that if I replace vbulletin.COM with vbulletin.ORG for the hacks still pointing over there that I can in fact download them. I tried to d/l the multiple choice poll hack which directed me to vbulletin.com. I figured you just moved the hacks database to here so I replaced the link with vbulletin.org a wala!!! Then I found out that 2.2.0 has multiple choice BUILT IN!!
