Default Highlight individual threads
I'm wanting to be able to allow moderator and up to highlight the background of an individual thread (in the thread list).

Ideally it would be an option for mods and up when creating the thread and also available when editing the first post of a thread. Possibly also an option within the mod tools in the thread list.
