Easy navbar links adder?

I did a search in the 3.8 mod section for "navbar" and searched the first 3 pages of results, and nothing, so...

Does anyone know of a navbar mod that allows me to EASILY add simply text links? Something that could make navbars 2 rows instead of one would help too, but my attempts to manually edit the navbar template have been unsuccessful.
