Yes - it is really weird. But I can do nothing here - alt is in html output. Opera gets crazy on this particular site. Maybe Opera cannot show alt appropriately if image is at the very bottom of page - as I see opera shows alt below image - maybe it is not smart enough to show it under when there is no place below

I can bet that it will be shown when you move your flags to other place
