For v3A & Mochi games, no, since those don't go back to the generic 'index.php' script. For IPB games then you'll have an issue. This afternoon or tonight I'll write up a post with the manual edits you'll need to make.

Cliff notes answer: The 'crossdomain.xml' file needs to be in the root folder of the site and not vB sub-folder.
