I know this probably sounds dumb, but how would I be able to embed one of my forums into an article?

This is what my pre-vB site looks like:

On the "Boards" tab below the banner, I'd like to load the forum I created for that page - in the case, a forum called "boards". I would like to have full functionality of the forum too, meaning users will be able to post and everything without leaving the article page.

This is what my new (vB) site is looking like right now. I still have a lot of work to do as you can see ; )
