I'm looking for ideas on how to create a reposity for images that need to be uploaded and approved. Here's an overview of what I'd like to do. I do not really want to add this to the CMS area which I use for reference only.

1. Area based upon a model on an item, e.g. bike type 1, bike type 2, bike type 3.

member has a bike that he feels he would like to upload to bike type 2

2. User uploads an image with a title and possibly an overview.

3. This is then checked, approved and added to the image library they have selected

I do not want people to be able to reply/comment, it's simply a repository where people can upload and people can then view the various bike types, which could have many images per type

I was thinking along the lines of a forum with sub forum areas with the ability for people to select and area, use an upload link form which is then sent for approval and automatically added as an image to that area with text they included.
