You can't do it via the user interface. You can do it from SQL however. But, if you're asking this, mucking around in the dB probably isn't the best idea.

UPDATE post INNER JOIN thread ON post.threadid = thread.threadid 
SET thread.postuserid = <userid>, thread.postusername = <username>, post.username = <username>, post.userid = <userid>
WHERE threadid = <thread to update>

That would do it.
