As said before vbgallery should be soon available for vb4 and has all features you asked for. Maybe you should play around a bit to find all options you didn't found yet.
Another way could be if your license is expired to renew and convert to photopost pp pro gallery, it's already available for vb 4.
Or you could try out Ultimate Media Gallery (english version is available).
