I searched but could not find anything. Sorry if I missed it.

I'm wanting to set up a forum on my site where everyone can see that it exist but you have to pay to read anything in it or post anything in it. This will be for the jackarses on my site that want to post up things that others might find offensive.

Also, I'd like to set it up so that people have to either pay to ad signature or pay to have images in their signatures.
