Did you edit and check httpd.conf and see if suexec is there but commented # out?

Try one of these cmd's and see if that module is actually loaded.
apache2 -l
apache -l
httpd -l

Hey sorry for the wait had alot to do the last week only got around to this
Aye it looks like the Suexec is not installed or even on the server ;/

Edit ive found it under "/etc/apache2/mods-available"
as for the httpd.conf it blank there is nothing in it ;/

All working now but i still have no idea how to set my email to thunderbird

i have no details i can add to it
plus i have no idea what this "virtualmin" is
