I notice that in VB3x, there's options for switching on HTML codes for posts

in VB4, is there an option to switch on HTML codes? especially for article postings which is good for layouts etc.
I like to be able to use tables or <div> tags to arrangement my contents in posts...

how i arrange a grid of 3x3 (total nine table cells) of 180x180pxs thumbnail images in a grid-layout...

the table tags are available for use in article postings in VB4, but not available in thread postings in VB4.
