Ok, 1.0.0 is done and I just have to document it.

New:

Has it's own little category in the settings area of the control panel
Now have ability to overwrite, display along with, or be overwritten by "Poll: " and "Sticky: "
Available to usergroups chosen in that part of the control panel (default for admin, mod, super mod)
Put the way it displays it into a template so it is more easily edited
