It's still only one developer, doing it for free and in his spare time.None of that has changed because the word Premium was slapped on the title. Did you pay anything to install the Arcade? All the premium part means is it has more installs, and therefore a bigger support crowd than most modifications. There shouldn't be any greater an expectation because it's in a section with a special name, which you notice, is the only one in that section anymore.
