What am I missing. I don't even see options for changing these (below) to buttons. Every button corner says "trans_40b.png" Multi quote and Report is blank. And not just these but all the buttons on my forum. Why does it not default like the buttons on this vbulletin.org forum?

I just installed vb4 and the only thing I edited was by using Lynnes post for the advertising block.

So I guess I'm asking, what do I need to do to use the standard buttons? But even more so. What did I do to make this happen in the first place?

Side note. This site has been helpful so thanks in advance for helping this noob.
