yes, it is!!

best way is to set the forum to utf-8 too... but that is only possible if you make a fresh install of the forum else you will mess up all posts that where done already

my solution is that I render all wiki text into a variable now; then if needed I convert the charset to the same one as the forum
... if needed means: if the forum is not set to utf-8

this way should be working fine, just having some problems with the html headers now :$ ... or perhaps had problems ... lets see
