Hello,

In my forums I have set the user title such that :

User Title - Minimum Post

Silver ILite - 500
Gold ILite - 1000
Platinum Ilite - 2500
and User Group Promotions , refer screen shot.

Recently for a particular forum,
I did the below setting:

AdminCP > Forum Manager > Community chit-chat (Forum name) > Count Posts Made in this Forum Towards User Post Counts - NO

and did Update Counters > "Update Post counts"

after which the post counts for the users got reduced excluding the posts done in the Community chit-chat forum.

For example if a user prior to the update had a post count of 1100 (user title : Gold ILite / User group: Gold ILite) of which 200 posts were in community chit-chat forum, his post count got reduced to 900.
I did "Update User Title" in Update Counters and his user title become Silver Ilite whereas User group still remains Gold ILite.
Won't the usergroup be demoted back to Silver Ilite?

Can you tell me how I fix the issue?
