Ok, while sitting on my computer tonight I've gotten some new idea's for this. I will implement them within the next day or two and when I am done with them I will release 1.0.0. The current version is useable, but not great..look for much better things in 1.0.0.

Quickly:

Available to certain usergroups (possibly, not positive yet)
Be able to pick the format in which it is displayed, editable in CP
Choose whether it overwrites, is put on with, or is overwritten by "Sticky: " and "Poll: "
maybe some more...
