Redirect to last post

Does anyone how to fix the post a reply feature, so than when you make a new reply in a thread it will redirect you to the last post instead of the top of the first post made? I'm also having this problem when you click a thread with new replies it will redirect you to the last post instead of first.

Any help is appreciated,
