I went to the Unregistered / Not Logged In group, and set the permissions to:
GCBOS Permissions
Can View GCBOS
YES
Can Talk in GCBOS
YES

I have the same "excat" problem with the latest release version of GCBOS under vb4.01
Any ideas why this is?
