That's really immature. And I'm pretty sure your older than me too. If you don't like the free theme, don't download it.

I actually got this image from another site than digitalblasphemy.You can imagine that with the net being so big, that duplicate images get used everywhere around the free background sites. Thankfully, digitalblasphemy has a terms where you can commercially use this. I have added their link accordingly to the background [Fix 1.0.1] to avoid any conflicts as I do now believe digitalblasphemy is the creator of the background.

This theme is different from the other one, SeaJay, it uses different shading, color links, and hover-overs and background menu drops. Furthermore it uses different radius's and a different background. I don't think you noticed, but the HIO Theme uses free backgrounds as well.

Next time you report my thread, you can at least warn me what the problem is so I can fix it. Give me a chance to respond. If I'm not listening to you, then report it...that would be the logical thing to do. So give me a warning, I'm very active on vBulletin and I will make changes accordingly.
