to create a basic forum block, what classes do I use

I am looking to create a block that is similar in style to the forum sections
Has the header with the color then a block of my own stuff all surrounded with a border and have it be collapsible so that just the header part shows. Just like the forum sections but without it being a forum. Can't seem to find the right classes for the div's or headers and get it to work the way I want it.
