I've been getting the above error for sometime now. I thought it had something to do with the upgrade and effected my database of all old files uploaded before the upgrade.

Now I'm getting the same error on all new files uploaded.

Is there a remedy for this situation?

I need access for this. A 500 internal server error can mean a lot.
