Hi Samish -

Make sure you have the correct config.php up there and delete the install directory (the last part is just for security).

If that does not work, then log in via shell and rm -r the directory, then mkdir xxx where xxx is whatever your directory is called, and then upload the upload folder, make sure your config is correct and do not upload the install folder (since you already have a working database I am assuming.)
