This product is great and it's not a scam. If it was, they would be shut down by now. Why? Because thousands of people use the software. If you can't trust what has been told to you, then don't use it. But your forgetting that your "users" are not as bright as you might think. I work with end users all day. I could send them an email stating "this is a virus don't open" and 75% of them would open it. So before you start pointing fingers at a great product and idea, you need to step back and really think about what you're about to ask.
