You have a lot of forums, which are empty: a new forum admin has a tendency to add tons of forums for no actual purpose. Also, if you've got a link to the categories of each forum in the navbar, why show the forums on the index? You can use the "Forum is Active: No" option to hide these forums from the index, but still post in them with a link somewhere.

One thing you can do is have 3 popular baseball teams for each sector/state and then have a forum where other baseball teams that don't have a forum dedicated to them. Looks better.

Also, your style goes off to the right, making it a requirement to have over 1024x768 px on your monitor.
