No!! its not because of AdiInviter.. it uses simple php mail() function to send invites.. another thing is, you should ask these things (Full version related) in Projects Planet forums.. cuz none of vb staff have AdiInviter code.. Free version code is totally diff from Full version... Full version uses totally different algorithms and structure.. and its very highly optimized..
so if you have any questions then please post 1 topic in Customer Support section of Projects Planet forums..

It means you will receive free of cost upgrades for 1 year.. you can still continue using product lifetime.. but you won't receive free upgrades...
